摘要
介绍了某IGCC多联产30万t/a甲醇工厂的克劳斯硫回收工艺技术,分析了管线堵塞、加氢反应转化率下降、硫回收率降低等问题,通过对蒸汽系统、H_2来源、吸收剂再生系统、N_2升温预热等方面的技术改造,实现了系统安全稳定运行,提高了脱硫效率。
The Claus Sulfur Recovery Process adopted by 300000 t/a methanol plant of one IGCC plant was introduced. The reasons of the problems such as the blockage of the pipeline, the decrease of the conversion rate of the hydrogenation reaction and the reduction of the sulfur recovery rate were analyzed. Through the technical transformation of the steam system, H2 source, absorbent regeneration system, N2 heating up, the safe and stable operation has been realized, and the desulfurization efficiency has been improved.
