摘要
用氢氧化钾溶液吸收变温吸附TSA出口CO产品气中氯化氢,离子色谱法测定吸收液中氯离子含量,根据采样量计算CO产品气中HCl含量。该方法灵敏度高,检出限低,结果准确,适用于气体中低含量HCl的测定。能够为生产提供数据,及时调整工艺参数,降低氯对下游催化剂的影响。
Hydrogen choloride (HCl) was absorption in the product gas of carbon monoxide using KOH solution as absorption liquor. Afterward, Ion chromatography for determination of CI- content in absorbing liquid, and HCI in the carbon monoxide by calculated according to plucking CO. This method is of high sensitivity, LD lowed, and the results are accurate, suitable for low content determination of HCl in the gas. It can provide data for production, adjust the process parameters in time, and reduce the influence of hydrogen chloride on the downstream catalyst.
