湖北省城市土地相对集约利用程度评价及影响因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 以湖北省15个城市中心城区为评价对象,从土地投入强度、土地产出强度和土地利用效益3个方面建立指标体系,采用熵值法和主观层次分析法相结合的组合赋权法确定权重,对数据进行百分制极值标准化,根据系统聚类法将综合分值划分为5个等级.在此基础上,分析造成该差异的影响因素,并提出相关建议.结果表明:湖北省(除武汉、神农架林区以外)15个地级城市土地相对集约利用程度差异较大,整体上中部地区相对集约利用程度一般,鄂东的黄石市、黄冈市和鄂州市,鄂西北的襄阳市和十堰市的土地相对集约利用程度较高,恩施州、仙桃市、天门市和咸宁市土地相对集约利用程度偏低.其中产业结构、人口与经济城市化率、土地供给这几个因素对土地的相对集约利用程度的影响达到显著水平. Taking the intensive utilization of 15 cities in Hubei Province as the opinion targets,we adoptedmulti-objective comprehensive evaluation method and building index system from three aspects includingintensity of land investment,the intensity of land productivity and efficiency of land use,and the index hadbeen determined by combination weighting method,dealing data with extreme standardized.The integratedvalue was divided into five grades according to the system clustering method.Finally influential factors andsome suggestion were given.The results showed that intensive use level of land in 15 prefecture-level cities(not including Wuhan,Shennongjia) was quite different.Overall,intensive use level of the central region wasgeneral.Huangshi,Huanggang and Ezhou in north and Xiangyang and Shiyan in northwest of Hubei,thesecities' intensive use level were higher.Some cities which including Enshi,Xiantao,Tianmen,Xianning Cityhad lower intensive use,and in these cities,the factors,such as the industrial structure,population andeconomy urbanization,land supply,had a greater impact on the level of intensive land use.
