成都市严重精神障碍患者线索调查工作开展情况及影响因素分析

Analysis of Development Situation and Influence Factors of Clue Surgery Work of Patients with Severe Mental Disorder in Chengdu

目的分析严重精神障碍患者线索调查的影响因素,为提高严重精神障碍患者检出率提供科学依据,进一步改善严重精神障碍患者管理治疗工作。方法通过调查了解成都市2015年度严重精神障碍患者线索调查工作情况,对已开展的线索调查工作进行回顾性分析,对线索调查的人员构成、激励标准、调查成果、经费投入等情况进行描述性分析,对发现线索人员的作用度及发现线索人群的难易指数以1~9分进行评估,分析可能影响线索调查的相关因素。结果成都市2015年度共有5个区(市)县开展了严重精神障碍患者线索调查工作,新增患者最多(增幅18.6%)、调查队员工作效率最高(新增患者数与调查队人数比3.0:1)的是新都区,而其经费投入及发现每例新增患者的成本也是最高的(353.6元/人)。调查队成员有社区医护人员、社区干部、社区精防人员、片区民警、精神科医护人员等,其中发现疑似患者线索所起作用最大的是村医生,最容易发现线索的人群为农村人群(难度指数1.8),最难获取线索的是机关事业单位的职工(难度指数8.8)。结论严重精神障碍患者线索调查工作受调查人员的组成、调查对象的差异、经费投入及政府参与程度等多种因素影响。

Objective To analyze the influence factors of clue survey of patients with severe mental disorder and provide scientific basis for improving the test rate of patients and further improving the management and treatment work of patients. Methods The clue survey work situation of patients with severe mental disorder in 2015 in Chengdu were retrospectively analyzed, and the composition of clue survey staff, motivation standards, survey results and cost input were given the de-scription analysis, and the lift of clue staff and facility index of clue population were evaluated from 1 to 9 scores, and the potential related influence factors of clue survey were analyzed. Results The clue survey work of patients with severe mental disorder was conducted in five districts in Chengdu in 2015, and the increase range of the new patients was the most, which was 18.6%, and the working efficacy of the survey staff was the highest, and the number of new patients and survey team number ratio was 3.0：1, and the cost input was the highest, which was 353.6 yuan per person, and the survey team consisted of the community medical staff, community cadres, community mental prevention staff, pol ice and medical staff in the de-partment of psychiatry, and in all the populations who could find the clue, the rural population was the easiest （difficulty index was 1.8）, and the workers in the institutions was the most difficult to obtain clues （difficulty index was 8.8）. Conclu-sion The clue survey work of patients with severe mental disorder is affected by the composition of survey staff, difference in the survey objects, cost input and involvement degree of government.
