产后健康宣教对初产妇自我护理能力及产后康复的影响研究

Research on Effect of Health Education after Delivery on the Self-nursing Ability and Rehabilitation of Primipara

目的探讨产后健康宣教对初产妇自我护理能力及产后康复的影响。方法选取该院在2015年2月—2016年10月妇保科收治的132名分娩的初产妇参与该次研究,根据是否接受了系统化的产后健康宣教,将上述初产妇病例分为健康宣教组66名,对照组66名,统计并对比两组初产妇的产后康复情况及自我护理能力。结果对健康宣教组进行系统的产后宣教后,该组初产妇的自我护理能力优良率为98.5%,对照组的初产妇的自我护理能力优良的比例仅为75.8%,且经心理干预后,健康宣教组初产妇的产后抑郁、恐慌症状明显少于对照组,产后康复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论及时对初产妇进行产后的健康宣教可改善其心理状态,有助于提高产妇的自我护理能力,促进产后各项功能的恢复,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To discuss the effect of health education after del ivery on the self-nursing ability and rehabilitation of primipara. Methods 132 cases of primipara admitted and treated in the department of gnecology in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 66 cases in each according to whether they received the systematical health education after del ivery, and the rehabilitation and self-nursing ability were compared be-tween the two groups. Results After the systematic education after del ivery, the excel lent and good rate of self-nursing abil-ity in the health education group was 98.5% and 75.8% in the control group, and after the mental intervention, the depres-sion after del ivery and panic symptoms in the health education group were obviously fewer than those in the control group, and the rehabilitation after del ivery was better than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The timely health education of primipara after del ivery can improve the mental state, which contributes to improving the self-nursing ability of primipara and positively affect the rehabilitation of various func-tions after del ivery, and the clinical application value is higher.
