理实一体化联合微课在高职外科护理教学中的应用 被引量:6

Application of Integration of Theory and Practice Combined with Micro-lesson in the Nursing Teaching in the Department of Higher Vocational Surgery

摘要 目的探讨理实一体化联合微课法在高职外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取该校外科护理专业2014级专科两班女学生110名作为研究对象,分为实验组(55名)和对照组(55名)。实验组应用理实一体化联合微课法教学,对照组应用传统教学法教学,比较两组学生期末闭卷考试和专业技术操作考核的平均总成绩,并采用问卷方式调查两组学生对教学效果的评价。结果实验组的期末闭卷考试和专业技术操作考核的平均总成绩及对理实一体化联合微课法的教学评价均明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论理实一体化联合微课的教学法是能明显提高学生对外科护理的学习兴趣、增高学习成绩和教学效果。 Objective To discuss the application effect of integration of theory and practice combined with micro-lesson in the nursing teaching in the department of higher vocational surgery. Methods 110 cases of female students in the nursing major in the department of surgery in our school in 2014 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 55 cases in each, the experimental group adopted the integration of theory and practice combined with micro-lesson for teaching, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching, and the terminal score and average score of professional technical operation examination were compared between the two groups, and the evaluation of the two groups to the teaching effect was surveyed by the questionnaires. Results The teaching evaluation of the terminal close-book examination and av-erage total score of professional technical operation examination for integration of theory and practice combined with micro-lesson was obviously higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion The integration of theory and practice combined with micro-lesson is a better teaching model, which can obviously improve the students’ learning interest in the nursing in the department of surgery and increase the learning score and teaching effect.
