摘要
目的评估麻醉教学使用可视化技术的应用价值。方法筛选2014年5月—2016年2月该院麻醉科实习的某医学院麻醉专业八年制实习学生61名,以不同教学模式分组:研究组(31名,予以可视化技术教学),参照组(30名,予以传统教学),同时观察、比对两种教学模式的应用效果。结果学习结束后对实习生进行考核,研究组31名:2名(6.45%)发生操作失误;参照组30名:19名(63.33%)发生操作失误;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组在考核结果方面比对,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在麻醉教学工作开展中,建议选用可视化技术教学模式,可在降低带教实习生误操作发生几率,提升实习生的病例分析能力,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To evaluate the application value of visualization technology in the anesthesia teaching. Methods 61 cases of 8-year medical students in the anesthesia major in some medical college trained in our hospital from May 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to different teaching model, the research group with 31 cases adopted the visualization technology for teaching, while the control group with 30 cases adopted the traditional teach-ing, and the application effect of the teaching model was observed and compared. Results At the end of learning, the practi-cal students were examined, and there was an obvious difference in the case with incorrect operation between the research group and the control group was obvious with statistical significance (2/31, 6.45% vs 19/30, 63.33%), and the difference in the examination result between the two groups was obvious with statistical significance( P〈0.05). Conclusion In the develop-ment of anesthesia teaching work, it is suggested to select the visualization teaching model, which can reduce the occur-rence probability of incorrect operation of teaching trainees and improve the case analysis ability of trainees, and the clini-cal application value is higher.
