摘要
目的了解果糖注射液在该院患者的临床配伍情况,探讨其稳定性和合理性,为临床安全用药提供信息。方法收集477例使用果糖注射液的住院病历,对患者信息,果糖注射液的用法用量以及配伍药品等情况做回顾性分析。结果 22种配伍基本合理,1种待研究证实。结论临床用药配伍基本合理。
Objective To know the clinical compatibility of fructose injection in patients in our hospital and discuss the stability and rationality and provide information for the clinical safety medication. Methods 477 cases of hospitalization medical records with fructose injection, and the information, dosage of fructose injection and compatible drugs were retrospectively analyzed. Results The compatibility of 22 kinds was basically rational, and 1 kind needed to be proved by research. Conclusion Clinical drug compatibility is basically reasonable .
