基层卫生人员晋升职称中计算机技能、英语能力和论文必要性的调研

Investigation on Whether the Title Promotion Needs the Computer Skill,English Skill and Paper

目的了解该区基层卫生系统专业技术人员对晋升职称考计算机模块和职称英语,以及发表论文的看法,为相关政策制定提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式对该区不同级别的专业技术人员进行抽样调查。结果被调查者大部分人认为晋升高级职称以及三级医院晋升职称需要考计算机模块(78.5%和84.9%)和职称英语(66.1%和87.1%),以及发表论文(74.8%和90.9%);此外,认为需要考计算机模块的各级职称以及各级医院所占比例都要高于考职称英语和发表论文;认为"都不需要"的比例,考职称英语要高于计算机模块和发表论文。结论高级职称和三级医院专业技术人员需要熟练掌握计算机技术和英语,以及发表论文。此外,其他职称和其他医院的专业技术人员需要掌握计算机技术的比例高于英语及发表论文,需要掌握英语的比例最低。

Objective To know the whether the title promotion needs the computer skill, English skill and paper and pro-vide basis for the formulation of related policy. Methods The professional technical staff of different levels in the district was surveyed by the questionnaires. Results Most people supposed that senile title promotion and title promotion in third- level hospital needed the computer skill, title English and paper publishing （78.5%,66.1%,74.8% vs 84.9%, 87.1%, 90.9%）, in addition, people in all-level professional titles and all-level hospital supposed that the computer skill was higher than the title English skill and paper publishing. Conclusion People with senile professional title and professionals in third-level hospital need to expertly master the computer technology, English and paper publishing, in addition, people with other pro-fessional titles and professionals in other hospitals suppose that the importance of computer technology is higher that the English skill and paper publishing, and the ratio of English skill is the lowest.
