摘要
使用症状自评量表 (SCL-90)对国内9 个省和直辖市15个科技馆共130名科技辅导员进行调查,发现除人际关系 敏感因子外,其他 8 个因子和总均分均与全国常模存在显著差异.从员工、工作、组织、社会四个维度对其工作生活质量 (QWL)进行原因分析后,结合分析结果和国内外经验,在心理健康维护制度、教育活动开发与实施、职业路径和工作机制等方 面提出改善策略.
130 science interpreters from 15 science and technology museums of 9 provinces were assessed with Symptom Check List 9 0 (SCL-90). The results showed that the total average and 8 variables scored higher than the national norm except interpersonal sensitivity. From the 4 dimensions of employees, work, organization and society, the quality of work life was analyzed to show the causes of their mental health condition. Combined with the analysis results and domestic and foreign experiences, this article proposed some countermeasures to improve matters from mental health maintenance system, development and implementation of educational ac tivities, career path and working mechanism.
