博物馆讲解管理工作刍议

The management of museum interpretation

社会教育尤其是讲解服务对于博物馆而言有着特殊的意义,在其各项工作中处于极为重要的地位.从博物馆管理者 的角度来说,应当引起足够重视,不断提升博物馆讲解服务的质量和水平.这种重视不能仅仅停留在口头上,更要落实到行动 中.作者对此做了初步探讨,并从三个方面提出改进建议（1）增强员工对工作岗位的理解和认识;（2）从解决讲解员的编制问题做起;（3）在公开招聘讲解员时看重志愿者经验.

Education plays a special role in the museum. From the view of museum curators, we should pay enough attention to improve the quality and level of interpretation service. It should not be all words and no action. The paper put forward new ideas and suggestions from three aspects, and hopes to attract great importance in the museum. We should let staffs understand the nature of their work, solve personnel establishments for the docents and recruit people with volunteer experience.
