MSCT和0.35 T MRI对腕关节损伤的诊断效果

Joint Clinical Effect the MSCT and 0.35 T MRI Application in the Diagnosis of Patients with Injury of Wrist

目的研究多层螺旋CT(MSCT)和0.35 T磁共振成像(MRI)诊断腕关节损伤的临床效果。方法将90例腕关节损伤患者分为甲组、乙组、丙组,各30例。甲组单纯采用MSCT诊断,乙组单纯采取0.35 T MRI诊断,丙组采用MSCT与MRI联合诊断,比较三组的诊断效果。结果丙组诊断效果明显优于甲组、乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MSCT与0.35 T MRI诊断腕关节损伤,均可获得一定效果,但两者联用效果更佳,应用价值更大。

Objective To study effect of the MSCT and 0. 35 T MRI application in the diagnosis of patients with injury of wrist joint. Methods 90 cases of injury of wrist joint into group A, group B, and C, 30 cases in each group. Students-simply adopt MSCT in diagnosis of pure b take MRI diagnosis of C group of MSCT and MRI diagnosis at the same time, compare the clinical effect of three groups were compared. Results The diagno-sis effect is obviously better than the first division, group B, group C was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusions MSCT with MRI in the diagnosis of wrist injury, a certain effect can be obtained, but the combined effect is better, bigger application value.
