城市道路空间改善的问题和进展

Problems and Progress in Practice of Improving Urban Road Space

针对城市道路空间改善的过程中存在的诸多问题.阐述了"人本空间营造"的意义和主要途径,指出其关键在于把握人的需求和行为;总结了我国城市道路空间改善实践中的七大问题和研究进展情况,提出应更新与完善现有标准,把握中国国情,借鉴国外经验,统筹交通、市政管廊、公共服务、生态环境、绿化景观、防灾减灾多种功能,提升道路空间的综合承载力.本文为城市道路空间改善的工程实践提供了依据.

Urban road space is the most important public space in a city, and it is also an important window to show the cityscape and spiritual civilization. Promoting urban road space quality has become an important part of urban development. Urban road space planning and design have began to shift from caroriented to people-oriented in many cities,but there are still many problems. This paper expounded the significance and the main ways of the construction of the humanistic space,and it proposed that the key was studying the needs and behavior of people. Then,this paper summarized the seven problems and the research progress in the improvement of the urban road space in our country. It put forward to perfect the standard,learn from the foreign experience based on China＇s current national conditions. In order to improve the synthetic carrying capacity of road space, we should plan various functions of traffic, municipal administration,public service, environment,greenery landscape and disaster prevention. The conclusion provides some guidance for engineering practice and expounds the future research directions.
