本文以现阶段我国乡村休闲养老产业多元化发展为背景,以调研分析为基础,通过实例对比等方法,从地理位置、自然环境、人文底蕴、规划布局、基础设施、配套公建、居住氛围、养老费用八个方面,对比两种乡村养老建筑的设计特点,对乡村休闲养老设施建设过程中暴露出的问题提出解决对策和建议并对其未来发展作出展望。

The article is in a setting of the rural leisure buildings for the aged diversified development at the present stage,based on the investigation and analyses, take the method of contrasting examples,put the two types rural leisure building for the aged in contrast from the perspective of geographical location,natural environment, humanistic connotations,planning layout,base installations,auxiliary facilities, living atmosphere and expenses cost,propose suggestion and solution for the questions of the design of rural leisure building for the aged and make expectation about the development way in the future.
