基坑施工对地铁隧道的影响及设计方案优化分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对紧邻苏州地铁2号线隧道基坑施工工程,从方案优化的角度出发,遵循时空效应原理设计提出了相应的控制隧道变形的技术措施。采用三维有限元法模拟分析了基坑开挖引起的环境效应,选用更适合模拟岩土行为的修正摩尔库伦模型,分析整个施工过程中基坑与临近地铁的受力和变形情况。本工程采用顺挖法施工,利用多道混凝土配合边桁架的支撑形式增加支撑体系的刚度和强度,对地连墙采用三轴水泥土搅拌桩进行预加固等技术措施,可有效减小对紧邻地铁的影响,为类似的设计和施工提供了参考。 According to the case of deep excavation adjacent to the metro line2 in Suzhou City,this paper puts forward the corresponding technical measures to control the tunnel deformation based on time-space effect.The three dimensional finite element method was used to simulate the environmental effect caused by excavation of the foundation pit.A modified Mohr - Coulomb model was proposed to analysisthe stress and deformation of the foundation pit and the adjacent metro.In this project,the rigidity and strength of the support system were in-creased by using the multi-channel concrete and the trusses.The technical measures of the threeaxis cement- soil mixing piles were used to pre-reinforce the soil.These measurescan reduce the deformation of adjacent metro effectively and provide a reference for the similar design and construction.
