机械活化粉煤灰在水泥砂浆中的增强机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 粉煤灰10%等量取代水泥时3d和28d的强度都有所升高。通过试验对比不同粉磨时间的粉煤灰,粉磨15min时BET比表面积1.454 5m^2/g、中位粒径D50为37.32μm,等量取代水泥10%的砂浆力学性能最好。并通过活性试验和微观分析得出粉磨15min时,粉煤灰中的活性得以激发,活性Si O2反应完全。因而,15min的短时间粉磨可以在节约活化成本的同时,提高粉煤灰的利用率,提高混凝土的强度。 The strength of 3d and 28d increased when the fly ash was replaced by 10% cement.By comparing the fly ash with different grinding time,the BET specific surface area of 1.454 5m2/ g,the median particle size of D50 was 37.32|Jim,and the mechanical properties of cement mortar with the same amount of cement was better than that of at the time of grinding 15min.The results showed that the activity of fly ash was excited and the activity of Si02 reaction was complete when 15min was obtained by the activity test and microscopic analysis. Therefore,the short time grinding of 15min can increase the utilization ratio of fly ash and improve the strength of concrete at the same time.
