混凝土梁中GFRP筋加速老化与自然老化相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过将GFRP筋配置于混凝土梁中并施加持续荷载后,置于不同的老化环境进行了老化试验.其中,自然老化试验是将试件暴露在自然环境中,加速老化试验是将试件分别浸泡在3种不同温度(20,40,60℃)的碱溶液及盐溶液中.完成相应作用时间后,对试件的拉伸性能、剪切性能、压缩性能进行测试.通过灰色关联分析的方法,计算了各加速老化工况与自然老化工况之间的关联度,即寻找出了退化趋势与自然老化工况最相似的加速老化工况,进而进行加速因子及加速转换因子的计算.根据确定的加速因子,即可在短期内快速的预测自然老化过程GFRP筋的性能退化规律. In this experiment, the GFRP bars are placed in the concrete beams and applied to the con-tinuous loading, and the aging test is carried out in different aging conditions. Among them, the natu-ral aging test is to be exposed in the natural environment, and the accelerated aging test is to soak in three different temperatures (20,40,60℃ ) of the alkali solution and salt solution. After finishing the corresponding time, the tensile properties, shear properties and compressive properties of the specimens are tested. Through the method of grey correlation analysis, the accelerated aging condition and the correlation between natural aging condition are calculated, which find out the trend of degradation and natural aging conditions accelerated aging conditions are most similar. Besides, the acceleration factor and accelerate the conversion factor are calculated. According to the determined acceleration factors, the performance degradation of GFRP bars in natural aging process can be predicted quickly in the short term.
