包钢高炉降低铁水w[P]的生产实践

摘要 根据高炉冶炼过程中磷还原的机理,以及高炉内存在有利于磷还原的条件,结合目前包钢铁水,原燃料含P水平等几方面进行了分析。通过测算改善高炉入炉原料结构,调控炉温等措施,降低了铁水中的w[P],从而满足了冶炼贝氏体钢的要求。 According to the mechanism of phosphorus reduction in the process of blast furnace smelting, and the exist-ence favorable conditions for phosphorus reduction in blast furnace, it is analyzed from the aspects of current hot metal in Baotou Steel and phosphorus levels of crude fuel etc. By measuring and improving raw material structure into the blast fur-nace ,regulating furnace temperature and other measures to reduce w [ P ] in hot metal,so as to meet the requirement of smelting bainite steel.
