摘要
R260Mn钢是欧洲铁路标准中可用于生产高速铁路用轨的重轨钢种,主要技术指标包括:抗拉强度≥880 MPa,延伸率≥10%,踏面中心HB硬度范围260~300,氧化物洁净度K3≤10。通过实验室研究,确定了R260Mn钢轨冶炼成分范围、生产技术工艺及各工序操作要点,工业生产R260Mn钢轨各项技术指标满足合同要求。
R260Mn steel is a kind of heavy rail steel grade which can be used in the production of high speed railway in European Railway Standard, the main technical indexes include： Rm ≥880MPa, elongation≥ 1 0% , HB hardness range of tread center 260 -300,Oxide cleanliness K3 ≤ 10. Through the laboratory research, smelting composition range, pro-duction technology process and operation points of each operation for R260Mn rail make technical indexes of R260Mn rail for industrial production to meet the contract requirements.
