在信息经济时代,信息化是港口物流建设的灵魂。港口物流信息化绩效评价能够全面系统地衡量信息化为港口物流带来的效益和长远价值。文中从港口物流信息化内涵出发,深刻分析了港口物流信息化的重要含义;梳理了物流信息化绩效评价的指标体系建设研究及方法;借鉴平衡计分卡理论构建了港口物流信息化绩效评价指标体系,该指标体系由4个一级指标和24个二级指标组成,能够较为全面系统地衡量信息化为港口带来的效益。为港口企业对物流信息化的绩效评价提供了理论框架具有实践参考意义同时,也为港口物流信息化绩效评价研究奠定了一定基础。
