Study on Cooperation Mechanism of Drug Supply Chain Based on Buy-back Contract

目的:证明药品制造商与零售商能够在合适的回购契约下通过合作来实现供应链整体及各自收益的最优,并研究该契约下供应链的合作机理。方法:文中假设出一种回购契约并运用斯坦科伯格博弈模型,分析在此契约下的不确定需求市场中,药品零售商主导的两级供应链博弈均衡问题。结论:合适的回购契约能够协调药品供应链各节点企业间的合作,并使供应链整体及各企业自身的收益最优。

Objective:To prove that drug manufacturers and retailers,based on the appropriate buy-back contract,could achieve the optimal supply chain and their benefits through cooperation,and to research the cooperation mechanism under the contract.Methods:This paper assumed one buy-back contract,and used the stackelberg game model to analyze the problem of the game equilibrium of two-stage supply chain led by drug retailers,under the condition of market demand uncertainty,and based on the contract.Result and conclusion:The proper buyback contract can stable the cooperation between each node enterprise in the pharmaceutical supply chain,and make the members of the supply chain achieve optimal benefits both overall and respectively.
