摘要
培养高素质物流管理专业学生是各大高校物流专业教学质量关注的重点,文中提出了采用DMAIC方法量化改善物流专业教学质量的途径,通过对教学质量问题的界定、测量、分析、改进和控制五阶段模式的实施,并结合PDCA戴明环实现了教学质量提升的持续性。
Cultivating high - quality logistics management professional students is the major concerns of the logistics professional teaching quality in colleges and universities. We put forward a approach which using by the DMAIC method to improve quantitatively the teaching quality of logistics professional, and to define, measure, analyze, improve and control the teaching quality problem. In the end,the teaching quality is also enhanced sustainability by PDCA circle.
