我国特殊教育教师专业化发展的现状与展望 被引量:12

摘要 目前我国特殊教育教师的学历水平呈现达标率不高和地域不平衡两大特点。是否受过特殊教育专业训练在一定程度上影响了特殊教育教师的专业化水平。国家应在加大教育经费投入建设特殊教育专业时,把重点放在引进高素质的特殊教育教师,并通过优化课程设置、配备专业的实验室等提高特殊教育的学科能力;培养"特殊教育教学"与"康复"技能兼备、特殊教育和康复相关知识兼修的复合型特殊教育教师;培养有学科专业同时了解特殊教育知识与技能的复合型人才,从而在整体上提升特殊教育教师的培养水平。同时,应设立特殊教育教师资格制度,以保证特殊教育教师队伍的高质量、高水平,指导高等院校对于预备教师的培养以及教师的在职培训。 The education level of special education teachers in China shows the two characteristics-low compliance rate and regional imbalance. The teachers who do not have the special education professional training affect the professional level of special education teachers in a certain extent. Addition to funding, the government should put emphasis on the enrollment of high-quality teachers, optimizing the curriculum setting, and equipping professional laboratory, thus to improve special education subject ability, and culti-vate teachers comprehensive ability of instruction and rehabilitation. Meanwhile, the qualification system should be set up to guarantee and guide the training of pre -teachers and the in -service teachers in colle-ges.
