The Fifties is a poetry journal set up by American poets Robert Bly and William Duffy. From the very beginning till now, the magazine has gone through more than half a century long. The process of its development is a history of legendary stories. In addition, it has witnessed a certain period of American history of poetry. More importantly, it has played a vital part in the formation of the poetry school “Deep Image”.
