应用型地方大学完全学分制管理改革探析——基于东莞理工学院的调查分析

On the Reform of Complete Credit System in Local Application-oriented Colleges and Universities:Based on Analysis of Dongguan University of Technology

完全学分制强调以学生为中心,实施以学分管理课程和学业目标管理,其核心是选课制度和弹性学制。实施完全学分制面临着课程开设、管理模式、管理手段、师资建设等诸多问题。高校应该加强课程建设,大力提升教师专业水平,创新教学管理制度,匹配信息化的管理体系,积极稳妥地推进完全学分制改革,推动创新创业人才培养体系的整体建设,从而达成高素质应用型创新人才的培养目标。

The complete credit system emphasizes the students as the center, the implementation of the credit management courses and academic objectives management, the core of which is the elective system and flexible educational system. As for the implementation of the complete credit system, our school is faced with many problems, such as offering of courses, management mode, management means and the teaching team ’ s construction. The school needs to strengthen the curriculum construction, to improve teachers,professional level, to innovate teaching management system, and to match them with information management system. Only this can we actively and steadily push forward the reform of the credit system, promote whole construction of training system of talents, so as to achieve the target of training high quality application-oriented innovative talents.
