摘要
以自制的稀土固体超强酸S_2O_8^(2-)/ZrO_2-La_2O_3为催化剂、癸二酸和正丁醇为原料合成癸二酸二丁酯(DBS)。研究了反应温度,反应时间,酸醇物质的量比,催化剂用量对酯化率的影响。采用正交实验法得出最佳实验条件为反应温度170℃,反应时间300min,n(醇):n(酸)=3:1,催化剂用量2.5%(癸二酸的质量),酯化率可达97.81%,且该催化剂具有良好的重复使用和再生能力。
Dibutyl sebacate(DBS) was synthesized from sebacic acid and n - butanol with a new rare earth solid acid cata-lyst S2O82-/ZrO2-La2O3. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time,the molar ratio of alcohol to acid and the con-tent of catalyst on the synthesis were studied. The optimum condition was that reaction temperature was 170℃, reaction time was 300 min, n(alcohol) : n (acid) was 3 : 1, catalyst amount was 2. 5 % ( the mass of sebacic) and esterification rate 97. 81%. And the catalyst was reused and regenerated.
