摘要
本文采用盐酸消解浓缩水样和王水水浴消解土壤样品,利用双道原子荧光光谱仪对样品中砷、汞进行同时测量。在最佳实验条件下,方法加标回收率水样为:As:92.1%-114.0%,Hg:87.4%-115.0%,土壤:As:90.0%-105.3%,Hg:85.2%-108.3%,方法精密度在3%以内,满足检测要求。采用国家标准物质验证和与国家标准方法比对的方法对方法进行了可行性评估,结果表明方法可行。
In this paper,we use hydrochloric acid digestion and concentrated water samples and regia digestion soil sam-ples ,and simultaneous measured arsenic and mercury by double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Under the opti-mum conditions, the addition standard recoveries have achieved: water samples: As : 92. 1 % - 114. 0 % , Hg: 87. 4 % - 115. 0% ,and soil samples: As:90. 0% - 105. 3 % ,Hg:85. 2 % - 108. 3 % ;the precision of the method was less than 3 % , completely meeting the testing requirements. Using national standard substance verification and comparison with the national standard method for the feasibility evaluation of the method,the results show that the method is feasible.
