摘要
本试验采用在网室中种植黑麦草,同时单一添加不同农艺措施,包括间作玉米、添加蚯蚓、添加牛粪、添加秸秆、添加氮肥来观察其对黑麦草修复土壤镉污染的影响,利用透射电镜观察黑麦草根部细胞在不同农艺措施下的镉富集情况,从微观的角度更清楚的观察不同农艺对黑麦草修复土壤镉污染的作用。
This test uses the ryegrass net room,while a single addition of different agronomic measures, including maize in-tercropping ,adding earthworms, add cow dung, straw nitrogen addition to observe its effects on remediation of cadmium con-taminated soil ryegrass, rye root cells in the observation of different agronomic measures under cadmium enrichment by TEM,from microscopic view clearly observe different agronomic on Ryegrass soil effect.
