摘要
引入数控设备,采取拆分工序、调整工作地等方法,有效解决了客车装配生产线中地板铺设工序和空调安装工序的瓶颈工序。结果表明:改善后的生产线平衡率由原来的91.87%提升至96.96%,不仅提高了机械化、自动化水平,还降低了成本,提高了企业生产效率。
This paper analyzed the production processes of a vehicle assembly line. By applying the line-balancing theory, we identified the main bottlenecks affecting the assembly efficiency to be flooring and air conditioner installation. Bottleneck reducing strategies including using numerically controlled equipment, splitting procedures, adjusting workstations were then proposed and practiced with good effects. The results included a line-balancing ratio increase from 91.87% to 96.96%, enhanced automatic level, reduced manufacturing cost and improved productivity of the assembly line.
