摘要
使用Ansoft Maxwell 3D软件对某种智能塑壳断路器脱扣执行元件进行动、静态仿真,分析了其磁场分布、电磁吸力、线圈电流、铁心位移等特性;通过对永磁吸力与弹簧弹力的分析,给出了电压脉冲的最小持续时间。实测了线圈电流、弹簧力以及脱扣力,验证了仿真结果的正确性。
Intelligent moulded case circuit breaker's tripping actuator was researched in the topic, meanwhile, dynamic and static characteristics were simulated by the Ansoft Maxwell 3D software to solve and analyze theelectromagnetic distribution,magnetic force, coil current as well as iron displacement. The minimum duration of the voltage pulse was given based on the analysis of the permanent magnetic force and spring force. The coil current, thespring force and the tripping force were measured, and the solution of simulation was demonstrated.
