非淀粉多糖酶对玉米及其加工副产品非淀粉多糖真代谢率的影响 被引量:2

Effects of non-starch polysaccharide (NSP) enzyme on the true metabolic rate of NSP in corn and its by-products

摘要 为研究非淀粉多糖酶对玉米及其加工副产品非淀粉多糖(NSP)真代谢率的影响,试验选用56只平均体重为(2.5±0.2)kg的健康成年黄羽肉公鸡,采用完全随机试验设计,将其分为7组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只鸡,采用绝食强饲法进行5期代谢试验,以单一原料或添加复合非淀粉多糖酶为强饲饲料,测定玉米及其加工副产品中添加复合非淀粉多糖酶前后的非淀粉多糖真代谢率。结果表明:添加非淀粉多糖酶不同程度地提高了玉米及其加工副产品的不可溶性NSP(INSP)、可溶性NSP(SNSP)以及总NSP(TNSP)的真代谢率。加酶后,玉米、玉米胚芽粕、玉米纤维饲料、玉米蛋白饲料及DDGS(国产)中的INSP真代谢率较加酶前显著提高(P<0.05),玉米、玉米纤维饲料、玉米蛋白粉(江苏徐州、吉林松原)、玉米蛋白饲料、DDGS(国产、进口)和玉米糖渣(山东沛县)的SNSP真代谢率显著提高(P<0.05);就TNSP而言,加酶后,玉米、喷浆玉米皮(山东济宁)、玉米纤维饲料、玉米蛋白粉(吉林松原)、玉米蛋白饲料、DDGS(国产)和玉米糖渣(山东沛县、江苏徐州)的TNSP真代谢率较加酶前分别提高了25.94%(P<0.001)、16.90%(P<0.05)、15.24%(P<0.05)、13.02%(P<0.01)、27.05%(P<0.05)、17.36%(P<0.01)、12.70%(P<0.01)以及13.87%(P<0.05)。由此可知,添加复合非淀粉多糖酶能提高玉米及其加工副产品的非淀粉多糖真代谢率,改善玉米及其加工副产品的营养效价。 To make the precise application of corn by-products and non-starch polysaccharide enzyme in animal feed formulation,five metabolic test periods had been taken.A total of 56 healthy adult Chinese yellow-feather roosters with body weight (BW)(2.5±0.2)kg were randomly divided into 7 groups with 8 replicates of 1 each.The broilers were fed with single raw material and which added NSP enzyme.The results showed that:The true metabolic rate of INSP, SNSP, TNSP of corn and its by-products were increased in added enzymes group at a certain degree.After NSP enzyme were added,the true INSP availability were significantly increased in corn, corn germ meal, corn fiber feed, corn gluten feed and DDGS (domestic)(P 〈 0 . 0 5); In addition, the true SNSP availability of corn by-products were significantly elevated in corn,corn fiber feed,corn gluten meal (Jiangsu and Jilin ) , corn gluten feed,DDGS (domestic and import) and corn sugar dreg(Shandong)after complex NSP enzymes were added(P 〈 0.05).And for the true TNSP availability, after enzymes were added,the true TNSP availabilities of corn, corn germ (Shandong), corn fiber feed, corn gluten meal (Jilin ) , corn gluten feed,DDGS (domestic) and corn sugar dreg (Shandong and Jiangsu)were respectively elevated 25.94% (P 〈 0 . 0 0 1 ), 16.90%(P 〈 0.05),15.24%(P 〈 0 . 0 5 ),13.02%(P 〈 0 . 0 1 ),27.05%(P 〈 0 . 0 5 ),17.36%(P 〈 0 . 0 1 ),12.70%(P 〈 0 . 0 1 )and 13.87%(P 〈 0.05)compared with without enzymes group.In conclusion, complex NSP enzymes can increased the true NSPavailability of corn and its byproducts, and improved thenutrition titer of corn and its by-products.
