摘要
本文以6年生曼地亚红豆杉母树穗条为试验材料研究曼地亚红豆杉快速繁育技术,用河砂、珍珠岩、泥炭土及圃地土分别作为扦插基质,以不同浓度水平下的吲哚丁酸(IBA)、3721生长液、ABT、奈乙酸(NAA)4种生长素进行处理。试验结果表明,不同种类生长素对插穗成活效果差异明显,采用IBA生长素对扦插处理更具有优势;生长素浓度为200 mg/L时,扦插成活率可达90%以上。采用透气性好、排水能力强的河砂基质更有利于插穗成活,曼地亚红豆杉成活率可达92%。试验探索了曼地亚红豆杉的扦插培育技术方法,为快繁技术推广应用提供实践依据。
In this paper cuttings from 6 -y e a r -o ld Taxus media mother trees were used as test meterials to study the rapid propagation techniques. River sand, perlite, peat and garden soil were used as the base material for cutting treated with 4 phytohormones of different concentrations including indolebutyric acid (IBA), 3721 growth liquid, ABT rooting powder and 1-naphthylacetic acid (NAA). The results showed that the effects of the phytohormones on the cuttings, survival rates were significantly different with IBA being the most advantageous and achieving 90% cuttings, survival rate at 200mg/L. The river sand base material, with good air and water permeability, was the best for the cuttings, survival, achieving 92% survival rate. The experiments explored cuttage propagation techniques for Taxus media and could provide practical basis for promotion of the rapid propagation techniques.
