摘要
森林资源是生态建设最重要的物资基础,保护和合理利用森林资源,是维护生态安全、促进社会经济持续发展的根本途径,科学的采伐管理是实现森林可持续经营的重要保障。本文结合黟县林业资源状况及"十二五"期间全县林木采伐管理的一些做法,提出了严格执行森林采伐限额管理制度,控制公益林采伐、保护现有天然林、适度增加商品林采伐等做好林木采伐管理工作的意见和建议。
Forest resources are the most important material foundation for ecological construction and conservation and rational utilization of forest resources is the essential way to promote sustainable socioeconomic development. Scientific management of forest felling is an important guarantee for realizing sustainable forest management. In this paper, based on forestry resources actualities of Yixian County and the forest felling management practices in the 12th Five-Year-Plan period（2011-2015）, some opinions and suggestions for improving the forest felling management were put forward including strict enforcement of the forest felling quota management system, control of non-commercial forest felling, conservation of existing natural forests and proper increase of commercial forest felling.
