预防抗精神病药物所致首发精神分裂症患者体重增加的研究现况

Research progress on how to prevent weight gain induced by antipsychotics in patients with first-episode schizophrenia

抗精神病药物引起精神分裂症患者的体重增加等代谢异常是临床面临的一大问题,尤其对首发精神分裂症患者。目前有较多的干预方法,包括药物干预措施和非药物干预措施。本课题组通过检索中英文数据库中已发表的关于预防抗精神病药物所致首发精神分裂症患者体重增加的随机对照研究,探讨能有效控制体重增加的药物和非药物干预方法。

Antipsychotic drugs cause schizophrenia in patients with weight gain and other metabolic abnormalities is a major clinical problem,especially for the first-episode of schizophrenia.There are currently many interventions,including drug interventions and non-drug interventions.In this paper,we searched the Chinese and English databases of randomized controlled trials on the weight gain of first-episode schizophrenia patients in the prevention of antipsychotic drugs,and discussed the effective drug and non-drug intervention methods of controlling of weight gain.
