摘要
中小企业在实际招聘工作中往往会遇到诸多问题,集中体现在企业的招聘管理与体系跟不上企业发展的节奏。文章以天擎会计公司为研究对象,对人力招聘工作过程进行了探讨,并运用胜任力模型进行了有效分析,构建了中小企业会计人员招聘方案,为企业的可持续发展提供人力资源保障。
mall and medium-sized enterprises in the actual recruitment work often encounter many problems, mainly reflected in the enterprise recruitment management and system can not keep up with the pace of enterprise development.Taking Tianqing accounting company as the research object, this paper discussed the process of human resource recruitment’and used the competency model to carry on the effective analysis, constructed the small and medium-sized enterprise accountant personnel recruitment plan, provided the human resources safeguard for the enterprise sustainable development.
