文章基于我国城市出口带宽现状,在认识到加快建设国际电信通道对保障服务外包产业未来发展重要作用的基础上,提出不同地区和城市的国际电信通道建设解决方案。

Based on the present situation of China＇s urban export bandwidth, recognizing the foundation to accelerate the construction of future development in an important role in the international telecommunications channel to guarantee the service outsourcing industry, this paper put forward the solution in different areas and the construction of the city of international telecommunication channel.
