热处理对等离子涂层GH4169高温合金的力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 主要研究3种不同热处理工艺,对GH4169高温合金涂层的力学性能的影响,以等离子喷涂GH4169高温合金涂层为研究对象。主要研究内容有:等离子喷涂涂层的制备、3种不同热处理工艺以及每种热处理工艺前后的力学性能比较(主要是硬度、抗拉强度、塑性)。实验结果表明,经标准热处理后,涂层硬度最高,抗拉强度也最好,热处理前的延伸率最高为31.3%。 The effects of three heat treatments on microstructures and properties of GH4169 alloy were in- vestigated.In plasma spraying coating superalloy GH4169 was investigated as the research object.Main re-search contents inc1 ude:the preparation of plasma spraying coating,three different kinds of heat treatment process,each before and after the heat treatment process and the analysis ofmechanical properties of compar- ison,Mainly is the hardness,tensile strength and plasticity.The experimental results show that the hardness of the coating is the highest and the tensile strength is the best after standard heat treatment and the elongation rate is 31.3% before the heat treatment.
