非手术治疗与关节镜手术治疗对踝关节退行性骨关节病的临床效果研究

Research on Non-operation and Arthroscope Operation in Treatment of Ankle Hypertrophic Arthritis

目的比较非手术治疗与关节镜手术治疗对踝关节退行性骨关节病的临床效果。方法便利选取2014年1月—2015年12月在该院住院治疗的88例踝关节退行性骨关节病患者作为探讨对象,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为非手术组(40例)和手术组(48例),非手术组患者采取保守治疗,手术组患者采取关节镜手术治疗,并比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,手术组和非手术组患者VAS和Tegner评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者VAS、Mazur、Tegner评分比较与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术组患者临床治疗优良率(93.8%)与非手术组(77.5%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与非手术治疗相比,关节镜手术对踝关节退行性骨关节病均具有较好的临床治疗效果,且术后疼痛明显减轻以及运动功能明显恢复,该方法值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of non-operation and arthroscope operation in treatment of ankle hypertrophic arthritis.Methods 88 cases of patients with ankle hypertrophic arthritis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,the non-operative group adopted the conservative treatment,while the operation group adopted the arthroscope operation,and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the differences in the VAS score and Tegner score between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05,)after treatment,the differences in the VAS,Mazur and Tegner scores before treatment and after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the difference in the excellent and good rate of clinical treatment between the operation group and the non-operation group had statistical significance(93.8%vs 77.5%)(P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of arthroscope operation in treatment of ankle hypertrophic arthritis is better than that of non-operation treatment,which can obviously relive the postoperative pains and obviously recover the motor function,and it is worth promotion and application.
