分析分水岭脑梗死患者行介入治疗的临床效果

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Interventional Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Watershed Infarction

目的分析分水岭脑梗死患者使用介入治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取2014年1月—2016年6月在该院接受治疗的分水岭脑梗死患者56例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组28例,采用药物治疗方式,研究组28例,采用介入联合药物治疗,分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗前的NIHSS、MMSE、SSS评分与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后NIHSS、MMSE、SSS评分(8.72±1.96)分、(21.68±3.74)分、(12.36±5.96)分优于对照(11.58±2.12)分、(18.47±3.45)分、(19.21±6.03)分,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者随访6个月,研究组再发脑梗率7.1%低于对照组28.6%,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用介入联合药物治疗分水岭脑梗死患者,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,降低患者脑梗死再发率,适合在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of interventional treatment of patients with cerebral watershed infarction.Methods 56 cases of patients with cerebral watershed infarction treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each,the control group adopted the drug treatment method,while the research group adopted the interventional treatment combined with drug treatment,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results Before treatment,the differences in the NIHSS,MMSE,SSS scores between the two groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）,after treatment,the NIHSS,MMSE,SSS scores were better than those in the control group [（8.72 ±1.96）points,（21.68±3.74）points,（12.36±5.96）points vs（11.58 ±2.12）points,（18.47 ±3.45）points,（19.21±6.03）points],and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）,the recurrence rate of cerebral infarction in the research group was lower than that in the control group after 6-month follow-up（7.1% vs 28.6%）,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The intervention treatment and drug treatment for patients with cerebral watershed infarction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the recurrence rate of cerebral infarction,which is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
