血型相关疾病的实验检测时间与疗效探讨

Discussion on Experimental Test Time and Curative Effect of Blood-related Diseases

目的通过对48例产前证实产后将会发生新生儿溶血症的病例,产后当日进行新生儿溶血三项实验后产生的效果分析,探讨对新生儿溶血三项实验检测时间在诊断、治疗方面的重要性。方法整群选取该中心自2001年1月—2015年9月,通过对西宁地区各级医院送检的1 352例产前样本和产后1 953例新生儿样本,采用血型血清学方法进行产前及产后新生儿溶血三项实验。结果对产前1 352例样本及产后1 953例新生儿样本检测中,其中对48例典型病例进行追踪观察,23例ABO血型系统病例中有5例该次产后母子血型相合,其他18例均证实为ABO-HDN。25例Rh血型系统病例均证实为Rh-HDN,患儿均痊愈出院,无1例出现不良后遗症等现象。结论对可能要发生新生儿溶血病的病例应打破常规,产后当日还没有出现黄疸之前就应该进行溶血三项实验,这样才能在预防、诊断、治疗新生儿溶血症方面真正体现产前监测的价值,对提高新生儿成活率及优生优育等方面有着显著的效果。

Objective Through an analysis on the result of the hemolysis test to the 48 newborns who are proven by prenatal screening having hemolytic disease on the delivery date,this paper discusses the importance of the importance of the testing time of the hemolysis test for diagnosis and treatment.Methods Our Center makes three tests about prenatal and postnatal neonatal hemolysis by means of blood type serological method on 1 352 prenatal samples and 1,953 postnatal newborn samples selected as a group by the hospitals in Xining at each level for inspection from January 2001 to September 2015.Results The result is follow-up observation on 48 typical cases among 1 352 prenatal samples and 1 953 postnatal newborn samples.Among 23 ABO cases,5 cases have blood type consistency with their mothers,and the other 18 cases are confirmed as ABO-HDN.Among 23 Rh cases are all confirmed as Rh-HDN.These infant patients are all cured,without one case with adverse sequelae.Conclusion The routine should be broken for the cases that may catch hemolytic disease of the newborn,thus the value of prenatal monitoring can be really reflected in the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of hemolytic disease of the newborn,improving the survival rate of the newborn and having a significant effect in prenatal and postnatal care.
