恶性肿瘤患者化疗中的应用综合护理的临床效果

Clinical Effect of General Nursing in Chemotherapy for Patients with Malignant Tumors

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者化疗过程中应用综合护理的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年3月—2016年3月于该院进行治疗的60例恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例患者,对照组患者进行常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理,观察分析两组患者的化疗依从性和不良反应情况。结果实验组患者的化疗依从性(90.00%)明显高于对照组患者(46.67%),且差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);实验组患者不良反应的发生率(2.80%)明显低于对照组患者(8.02%),且差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。结论恶性肿瘤患者化疗过程中进行综合护理可以提高患者化疗依从性,有效降低患者不良反应的发生率,效果明显,值得进行临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of general nursing in chemotherapy for patients with malignant tumors.Methods 60 cases of patients with malignant tumors treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the experimental group adopted the general nursing on the basis of the control group,and the chemotherapy compliance and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The chemotherapy compliance in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group（90.00% vs 46.67%）,and the difference had statistical significance（P=0.006）,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group,（2.80% vs 8.02%）,and the difference had statistical significance（P=0.009）.Conclusion The general nursing for patients with malignant tumors in the chemotherapy course can improve the chemotherapy compliance and effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions with obvious effect,which is worth clinical promotion and application.
