浙江省特色小镇与城市发展关联关系研究

The Correlation Study between Characteristic Towns and City in Zhejiang Province

特色小镇作为一种具有明确产业定位、文化内涵、旅游和一定社区功能的发展空间平台,融合了生产、生活、生态功能,对城市的发展具有重要的影响。通过研究特色小镇与城市发展的关联关系发现,大都市及周边以信息经济、金融等知识密集型、资本密集型产业为主,乡镇地区以传统块状经济提升、高端装备制造业等制造业转型升级为主,具有独特山水资源禀赋的多发展旅游、养生等休闲经济。特色小镇是产业新兴增长点、城市重要发展节点、城市结构优化组合的重要载体,预测未来量大面广的特色小镇将成为浙江省新一轮产业升级的助推器,推动城乡空间结构的进一步优化,促进城乡进一步协调发展。

Characteristic town is a kind of space platform with industry orientation, cultural connotation, tourism and community functions. It integrates production, life and ecological function with important influence for the development of the city. Within researching the relationship characteristic town and city development, we find that big city and the surrounding area have information economy, finance with intensive and capital intensive knowledge, rural area have traditional block economy and quality equipment industry and other, the area with unique landscape resources have the tourism, health economy Characteristics town is the new growth point of the industry, important urban development node, the important carrier of urban structure optimization combination. This paper predicts that the characteristic town may promote industrial upgrading, optimizes the spatial structure of urban and rural, promotes the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
