贫困地区小城镇发展策略研究——以忻州市为例

Research of Small Town Development Strategy in Poor Areas:Taking Xinzhou City as an Example

小城镇是我国中西部地区城镇化发展的重要驱动力,山西省忻州市是我国典型的贫困地区。本文在研究全国小城镇地位演变的基础上,以忻州市小城镇发展为例,研究了贫困地区小城镇发展的特征、问题和策略,分析了未来影响我国小城镇发展的机遇条件,对小城镇带领贫困地区脱贫致富的道路进行了探索。

Small town is the important drive in the urbanization development in China＇s Mid- west reg-ion, and Xinzhou city is one of the typical poor area. Based on the study of small town＇s evolution process in total, this paper studies the development characteristics, problems and strategies of the small towns in poor areas, analyzes the opportunities for the small towns in the future, and explores the way to lead the poor areas to get rid of povcrty for small towns.
