摘要
高校教师能力建设应是高校组织主动回应社会需求,追求教师个体发展与组织发展双赢的科学管理过程。新时期我国经济体制与教育体制的转型升级对高校教师能力建设提出了新的要求。不同类型的高校应根据新要求,结合自身办学定位与特色,确定适合本校发展需要的教师能力建设目标与内容,进行系统的配套制度建设。教师发展中心作为高校教师能力建设的专门化组织,必须以研究交流为核心职责,打造专兼结合的研究服务团队,针对本校人才培养的突出问题进行项目开发与咨询服务,以克服学术性、独立性、专业性与感召力不足的问题,实现教师个体发展与组织发展的双赢。
The capacity-building of college teachers should be the process of scientific management in which colleges and universities take the initiative to respond to the needs of society, to pursuit of individual development and organizational development. The transformation and upgrading of China's economic system and educational system in the new period put forward new requirements for the construction of college teachers' capacity. According to the new requirements, different types of colleges and universities should combine with their school-running orientation and features, determine the goal and content of the teachers' capacity construction which is suitable for the development of the school, and carry out the systematic construction of supporting system. As a specialized organization for the construction of teachers' capacity in colleges and universities, faculty development centre must be centered on research exchanges, create a research service team combined with full-time and part-time teachers, conduct project development and consulting services aiming at the outstanding problems of talent training, in order to overcome the technicality, independence, speciality and lack of charisma, to achieve a win-win situation of individual development and organizational development.
