一种新型涂料抗水剂在造纸涂料行业中的应用

摘要 涂料抗水剂能够改善纸张的抗水性能和印刷性能,在造纸涂料体系的应用中占据着重要地位.九洲生物技术有限公司通过对造纸涂料生产工艺、抗水剂作用机理的深入研究,开发出一种新型涂料抗水剂,经实验室和工厂的应用表明,该涂料抗水剂能显著提高涂布纸表面抗水性能、湿摩擦性能、干摩擦性能和防潮防冻性能等,对于提高我国特种涂布纸市场的品质具有十分积极的意义. Water-resistance agent can improve the paper 's water resistant and printing performance, it has an important position in the application of paper coating system. Through the deep study of the production processof paper coatings and the effect mechanismof water-resistanceagents, Nine Continent Biotechnology Company developed a new type water-resistance agent. Through the application in the laboratory and factory, it revealed that the water-resistance agent can significantly improve the coated paper surface's water resistant property, wet friction property, dry friction property, moisture proof and anti-freezing performance. It has a great positive significance to improve the quality of the special coated paper market in our country.
