利益是海上丝路运行的核心,互信是海上丝路建构的前提,共享是海上丝路发展的基础,中西方文明和文化的互动交融是海上丝路最终也是最丰硕的成果。这一时期最有力的印记就在中国的泉州刺桐港。泉州荟萃了宋元时期海上丝路的历史辉煌,闽南文化在古代海上丝路中弘扬了中华文化共生共荣的精神。21世纪海上丝路应讲好海丝故事以通民心,推行多边合作模式以聚共识,实现沿线各国的文明共进和利益共赢。

With interests of its operation core, trust of its construction premise, share of its development basis, the interaction and integration of the civilization and culture between China and the west were the final outstanding achievements of the Maritime Silk Road. The most apparent mark for this period should be the harbor of Zayton in Quanzhou city, China.Quanzhou has assembled the historical brillian- cy of the Maritime Silk Road during the Song and Yuan Dynasty and Minnan culture has carried for- ward the common prosperity spirit of Chinese culture on the ancient Maritime Silk Road. In the new century,it is necessary to spread the stories of the Maritime Silk Road to win the common support,to push forward the multilateral co-operation mode, then to bring about the common development and mutual benefits for the countries along the Road.
