摘要
目的:从内源性阿片肽系统探索仿真针刺对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠镇痛后效应的外周机制。方法:以AA大鼠为炎症疼痛模型,观察仿真针刺对外周内源性β-内啡肽(β-EP)系统的影响。结果:一次针刺治疗后,大鼠痛阈提高,β-EP含量及前阿黑皮素(POMC)基因转录水平升高,作用持续72h。结论:针刺镇痛后效应与炎症局部β-EP含量及POMC基因转录水平升高有关。
Objective:To explore peripheral mechanisms of post-effect of acupuncture analgesia by simulation acupuncture in AA rats from endogenous opioid system.Methods:The impact of foreign-derived β-endorphin(β-EP)system were observed by inflammatory pain models of AA rats.Results:The pain threshold,β-EP content and genetic expression of pro-opiomelanocortin(POMC) mRNA increased,which lasted 72 hours,after one acupuncture treatment.Conclusion:The post-effect of acupuncture analgesia associated with β-EP content and genetic expression of POMC mRNA increased in inflammatory topical.
