干休所老干部用药依从性调查分析及对策

Analysia and countemeasure for medication compliance of old-age cadres in retired cadre's sanatorium

目的:调查分析干休所老干部用药依从性及主要影响因素,为提高服务质量提供新思路。方法:通过调阅保存完整的病历资料及问卷调查等方式收集军队干休所55名老干部既往用药情况,分析用药中存在的错误、弊端及一些负面影响,总结提高老干部用药依从性的具体方法。结果:调查显示,96%老干部存在多重用药现象,个别有错服、漏服。结论:老干部用药依从性较低,通过药品管理,提高医护人员救治水平,减少老干部多重用药及用药错误,可增强老干部用药依从性。

Objective：To explore the medication compliance of old-age cadres in retired cadre＇s sanatorium and the relative fanctors,to broaden the way for improving the medical quality.Methods：Via investigating the medical records and questionnaires,information on patient medication histories of 55 old-age cadres were collected.Through searching mistakes,malpractices and adverse reactions in medication carefully,we summarized the method for improving medication compliance of old-age cadres.Results：According to investigations,multiple medication occurred in 96 percent old-age cadres,falses or missed does also existed.Conclusion：Improving therapeutic effect,reducing multiple medication and mistakes,the low medication compliance of old-age cadres may be improved by administration of rational drug use.
