重庆地区46例唐氏综合征患儿相关皮肤黏膜疾病调查

A survey of mucocutaneous manifestations in 46 patients with Down's syndrome in Chongqing

目的:调查重庆地区46例唐氏综合征(DS)患儿的相关皮肤黏膜疾病。方法:对门诊确诊的46例DS患儿进行皮肤黏膜相关疾病诊断,并对结果作统计学分析。结果:46例患儿中发现的皮肤黏膜疾病共计25种,其中湿疹发病率最高,为52.17%。裂纹舌发病率为23.91%,且该病发病率随着患儿年龄增加而上升。结论:随着DS患儿的存活年龄增加,应加强对其皮肤黏膜疾病的关注。

Objective： To investigate the mucocutaneous diseases in 46 cases of Down＇s syndrome（DS） in Chongqing area. Methods： To diagnose and analyze the mueocutaneous diseases in 46 cases of DS. Results： 25 different mucocutaneous diseases were found in 46 DS patients. The highest incidence was eczema（52.17%）, followed by fissured tongue（23.91%）. The incidence of the latter increased with age. Conclusion： With increase of age of DS, the attention should be paid to the mucoeutaneous diseases.
