中层管理者视角下企业探索性内创业的驱动因素研究

Driving Factors of Exploratory Entrepreneurial Initiative from the Perspective of Middle Managers

内部创业已经成为快速变化经济环境下企业实现自身发展的重要途径.鉴于探索性内创业在内创业双元能力中的战略作用,探索性内创业更具有研究价值.本文从中层管理者的视角出发,借鉴复杂适应系统(CAS)理论,探讨中层管理者驱动企业探索性内创业行为的影响因素.通过对204名中层管理者的问卷调查,实证研究结果发现:中层管理者的个体创业属性及其对创业环境的感知与企业探索性内创业行为正相关;中层管理者的内社交网络与企业探索性内创业行为没有直接关系;中层管理者的个体创业属性对其内社交网络有正向影响,同时中层的内社交网络正向影响其对创业环境的感知.

Entrepreneurial initiative has became an important way to achieve company development in the changeful economic environment. Due to its strategic effect, exploratory entrepreneurial initiative has higher research value in the ambidextrous competences of entrepreneurship. From the perspective of the middle managers and based-on the theory of complex adaptive system （CAS） , it discussed middle managers＇ driving factors on exploratory entrepreneurial initiatives. By conducting an empirical study of 204 middle managers, it finds that ： both the individual entrepreneurial property and the perceived entrepreneurial environment of middle managers have significant positive effects on company exploratory initiatives, while their internal social network has no direct relation to entrepreneurial behaviors; middle managers＇ entrepreneurial property has significant positive effects on their internal social network, and the latter affects positively the perceived entrepreneurial environment.
